$89.0A few years ago, heading to our local "BOOGIE" fest, my forward controls broke. It was 5 mins before closing, and just starting to rain. I called, and after being told to turn around and look a few times (lmao), we determined where I as at. This is now 20 past the hour. Your staff came out (approx. 2 miles from your store) to where I was picked up my bike and took it into the shop. I explained I was on the way to the "BOOGIE" as a memeber of security and they promised to have the bike done as fast as they could find someone that could weld. I called the next day (how hard could it be to find a person to weld) and was told the bike was not there!! OK, i'm not a happy camper until who should be pulling up to the gate to be let in but BLOOMINGTON HARLEY!!!!! With my bike fixed and ready to roll. Now, the bill came and I passed out!!!! Picked up, repaired, and del'd back to me..... total $89.00 PAID IN FULL?????? Walk into this location, and I guarantee you'll have the best experience you ever had in a Harley store!! Best, friendlies people at ever counter. Every ride I take south includes a stop there and I never fail to buy something!!!!! This is THE Harley store of choice for one and all bar none.

purchased my first bike in july of 04 and my second bike in feb of 09 , second delevoped a starting problem which became a three time nightmare , but the service worked above and beyond to make sure it was fixed in a timely and professional manner ( Rowdy even came ino his holiday to get it when broke down for three time after 2 harley dealerships in indy could have cared less it was a holiday
my hat goes out to the entire staff at bloomington harley davidson from the owner the entire parts and service dept and the general manager and sales manager
i even call a follow up call when they know i was on a trip the day to make sure all was well i was very happy when all said and done
